Farewell to a Fading Garden

As I write these words, I fear that time has caught up with me.

For countless years, I have been the guardian of this mystical realm, tending to the flora and cherishing the secrets it holds. But now, as the garden withers around me, I find myself questioning my own fate. For I, too, have become intertwined with its magic, my purpose and existence intertwined with the preservation of its wonders. Yet, as the garden's life force dwindles, I am left to wonder what lies ahead for myself, a guardian without a garden.

With a final farewell, I relinquish my role as the guardian of this fading garden. The whispers of the wind carry a sombre tune as the leaves turn amber and drift silently to the ground.

Goodbye, friends and flora,

Yours in bittersweet parting,

The Guardian of the Secret Garden
